Óscar Flores, “El Lunares”, fue reaprehendido por tercera ocasión luego de ser liberado por un juez. Tras las protestas del viernes por el asesinato de Ingrid “N”, el presunto feminicidio de una niña en Tláhuac desató la indignación de los pobladores. La SHCP alista denuncias contra empresas que utilizan el “outsourcing” ilegal.
