観光客を呼び込もうと町興しに励んでいるが、どれも不発。
しかし、思わぬ形で世間の注目を集めることになった。
ぶっきらぼうな態度をとりがちだが、責任感が強く行動力のある頼れる青年。新海翔。
なんだかんだ言いながら周りのことを第一に考える優しい性格である。
普通の学生らしい平穏な生活を送っていたが、白蛇九十九神社に祀られた神器が破損したことをきっかけに、翔の日常に変化が訪れる。
その影に、異能に目覚めた少年少女たちの姿があった。

当地政府打算招揽观光客进行都市复兴，眼下却毫无进展。
然而，一场始料未及的事件，令所有人的目光聚集到了一起。

白蛇九十九神社的「神器」意外破损，
原本过着平静学生生活的主角·新海翔的日常，就此改变。
来自于平行世界的人工造物「工艺品（Artifact）」流入了该世界，
令少年少女们相继觉醒了异能。
明明只是住在这座平凡都市中的普通学生，
却卷入了由异能者们所引发的不幸的命运之中——

Una tempesta sta per calare su questa sonnolenta cittadina. Seguiamo Kakeru Niimi, la cui vita ordinaria viene gettata nel caos dopo che la sacra reliquia del santuario locale va in frantumi.
