裁判に勝つためなら何でもありの「弁護士のくず」こと九頭元人（豊川悦司）。 高校中退で、 好きなものは金と女。 行動はガサツで物言いも下品。 そんなハチャメチャな弁護士・九頭が、 絶対不利な状況を鋭い洞察力で一発逆転、 勝訴へと導く。 九頭とコンビを組んだために振り回されるのが、 正義感溢れる新米弁護士・武田真実（伊藤英明）。 さらに、 独身の敏腕女弁護士・加藤徹子（高島礼子）、 男を落とすテクに長けている世渡り上手な事務員・小俣夕花（星野亜希）、 そして、 人権派弁護士としてテレビ出演もする所長・白石誠（北村総一朗）。 そんな面々が集まった家族的な弁護士事務所を舞台に繰り広げるヒューマン･コメディー。
