Chaos im Hause Camden: Matt ist drauf und dran, Sarah für seine Ex-Freundin Heather zu verlassen, während Cecilia endgültig mit Martin Schluss macht. Drunter und drüber geht es auch bei Kevin und Lucy. Im Gegensatz zu Kevin will Lucy nämlich sofort ein Kind – oder ist sie bereits schwanger? Derweil kommt Ruthie dahinter, warum Peter ein Problem mit ihrer mexikanischen Austauschschülerin Maria hat, doch zu spät: Maria hat sich bereits entschlossen, in ihre Heimat zurückzukehren. Auf einer rosaroten Wolke schwebt dagegen Chandler. Kendall und er sind sich näher gekommen und denken darüber nach, gemeinsam mit Jeffrey Glenoak zu verlassen. Unterdessen haben bei Mary die Wehen eingesetzt, sie will aber niemanden aus ihrer Familie im Krankenhaus sehen. Werden sich die Camdens daran halten und in Glenoak bleiben, um Simon zu begrüßen, der für die Semesterferien nach Hause kommt?

The Camden chaos continues with Matt (guest star Barry Watson), who is trying to salvage his marriage, questioning whether he still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend Heather (guest star Andrea Ferrell); Simon's (guest star David Gallagher) return to Glenoak creates conflicted feelings for his ex-girlfriend Cecilia, who is torn between her feelings for Simon and her current boyfriend Martin; Ruthie's foreign exchange student friend Maria (guest star Samantha Sandoval), appears to be making the moves on Ruthie's boyfriend Peter; and grandparents-to-be Eric and Annie hop a plane for New York, despite Mary's (Jessica Biel, who does not appear in the episode) repeated pleas for her family to stay away during labor.
