بين خطرين عاشت "سارة" منذ طفولتها المبكرة .. خطر المرض النفسي النادر الذي أصابها وهي في الرابعة من عمرها، فنما جسدها، وكبر عمرها، ومازالت تعيش حالة تسمي "العودة إلى وضع الجنين".. وخطر الأهل خاصة المقربون منها.. لكن من خلال طبيب شاب "د.حسن" يهتم بها اهتماماً حقيقياً يتجاوز فيه العلاقة العابرة بين الطبيب و المريضة إلي الايمان برسالة الطب .. فهل تفلح محاولته مع سارة؟
