本剧讲述中州新警高仁，阴差阳错卧底电信诈骗团伙，协助市局破获特大刑事案件的故事。警校毕业班学生高仁，车站长大，随师父知晓“正提反脱、风火除谣”千门八将，了解哄骗、婚骗、谎骗、诨骗、诳骗、坑骗、串骗、局骗、拐骗等各种骗术，是警界反诈骗的苗子。 班长姐安玲玲闺蜜遭遇杀猪盘，高仁带领警校反骗五人组和混混李小拐等多次交锋获胜，诈骗头目蒋爷对他又爱又恨。市局领导识人善任，队长邹蕾化妆富婆协助高仁，成功卧底诈骗团伙，以身犯险帮助市局，掌握了团伙校园贷、套路贷、零元购、虚拟货币投资、赌博设局、冒充公检法、刷卡消费等诈骗动向，获取了关键证据，堵截了赃款，最终破局，成功捣毁这个隐藏中州市数十年的诈骗团伙。
