閑静な住宅地で発生した火災。実は以前にも同じ町内で似たような火事があり、どちらも家族が長期旅行中という共通点が。現場を訪れた突破署の面々が怨恨による放火の可能性を探る中、たまたま立ち寄ったという儀藤がフラッと現れた。1年前の連続爆破事件で、彼と一緒に捜査をした兼近巡査（EXIT・兼近大樹）と松陰寺巡査（ぺこぱ・松陰寺太勇）は、久しぶりの再会に大喜び。妙に高いテンションで迎えるが、儀藤はそんな彼らにちゃんとリアクションを返すお茶目な一面を披露。
