忍者の養成学校「忍風館」が宇宙忍群ジャカンジャの襲撃を受け、先生や学生が消されてしまった。そんな中、たまたま朝礼をサボっていた椎名鷹介、野乃七海、尾藤吼太の3人だけが難を逃れた。残された3人は先輩のおぼろから強化スーツを受け取り、疾風流伝説の忍者「ハリケンジャー」としてジャカンジャに立ち向かう。
