トキオと父アモンはサッカーの国イレヴェニアへ行き、その国最強のサッカーチーム「ウィナーズ」のパレードを見に行く。アモンはチームキャプテンのレオンにサッカーバトルを挑み、アモンが負けるとレオンによって彼をミニチュアドラゴンに変えられてしまう。その戦いを見たトキオはアモンを人間に戻すため、レオンに挑むことを決意する。

Tokio and his father Amon go to the soccer country of Elevenia where they see a parade of the strongest soccer team of that country, the Winners. Amon challenges the team captain Leon to a soccer battle and, when Amon loses, Leon turns him into a miniature dragon. Tokio sees the fight and decides to challenge against Leon so that Amon can become human again

Tokio y su padre Amon van al país Elevenia cuando ven una desfile de los jugadores de fúbol más fuertes del país, los Winners. Amon reta al capitán del equipo, Leon, a una batalla fubolera. Cuando Amon pierde, Leon le convierte en una pequeña figura de dragón. Tokio ve la batalla y decide luchar contra Leon para devolver a su padre a su forma original.
