前武師洪十一，與一眾前電影從業員兼好友鍾志威、方芯、李世舫、吳錦賢聚首，為十一的亡妻繆妙舉辦回顧展，勾起昔日往事，眾人還重組拍攝當年已創作好的《輕功》劇本。十一的子女洪翊嵐、洪翊風也於此時返回老家與父親同住，背後卻各有隱瞞……十一答應收身分神秘的男子元植為徒，翊風擔心元植有不軌企圖，對他有所敵意。其後，繆妙竟然重現大家眼前，原來這位眼前人只是繆妙昔日的武打替身何索。何索突然出現，似有目的……
