テレビ都の女性アナウンサーの有加里壱子(深川麻衣)は、新番組の司会に抜擢され、恋人の茂(藤森慎吾)とデートを重ね、仕事に恋に絶好調…のはずが、一気に全てを失いどん底へ。完全に詰んだ壱子に救いの手を差し伸べたのは、美のカリスマ・不美(MEGUMI)。壱子は、不仲の母、親友・ヨッピ(サーヤ)、壱子のファンの恭平(野村周平)の力を借りて、自分なりの美のカリスマを目指すと、思ってもみない人生が始まる。
