高冷男神sol甜品店店长程慕（周峻纬饰）邂逅元气美食博主江思晗（金子璇饰）。原本毫无交集的二人因为甜品和萌娃睿睿（孙思程饰），误打误撞开启了一段“一家三口”的幸福生活。
