新年夜，急诊室突然冲进了一个服用过量安眠药的女孩，杜梅在救治过程中阴差阳错的与方言和其哥们潘佑军相识。杜梅的好友贾玲是一名空姐，与方言同在航空公司工作。于是，这四个单身男女成为了朋友。 刚刚与男友分手的贾玲与方言一见如故，两人若即若离的周旋于情感游戏中，但很快贾玲发现杜梅对方言也怀有一种特殊的感情，渐渐的，三人之间的关系微妙起来，产生了一种说不清理还乱的情感暗涌。除夕夜，方言面对寂寞无助的杜梅第一次产生了强烈的爱意，最终，贾玲选择退出，方言和杜梅走到了一起，两人在经历甜蜜的恋爱后，在大家的祝福下结婚了，有了一个属于自己的家。
