大海中的人鱼族是一个神秘的物种，他们只有男性，必须与人类女性通婚才可延绵后代。但人鱼族一生只会爱一个人，现代人类的离婚率却越来越高，人鱼与人类女子结合遭遇变心就会化成泡沫。为此，人鱼族成年的四位王子纷纷变成恐婚族，逃避上岸恋爱结婚的使命。但大王子顾泽一有一日却在海里撞见意外跌落的陆淼淼，对方在情急之下吻了他，人鱼族的海珠竟莫名到了她的体内。为了寻回海珠，顾泽一上岸找到了身为民宿老板的陆淼淼，两人为了拿出海珠做了各种尝试却都无济于事。与此同时，他的三个弟弟也上岸帮助大哥，“深海F4”齐聚民宿，陆淼淼莫名变身女海王，发生了诸多啼笑皆非的事。
