リコ（与田祐希）は、新しい会社のメンバー・熊本（市川由衣）が周囲と壁を作っていることに悩んでいた。関係性を良くするべく、会社の社長という同じ立場の中野（藤井夏恋）に相談をしたリコは、熊本へアプローチを試みるも返り討ちにあってしまう…。
思い悩むリコは矢島模型店へと向かい、やっさん（田中要次）たちに相談するとあるプラモデルを進められ…。果たしてリコは、難攻不落の熊本の心を開くことができるのか！？
Riko (Yuki Yoda) is worried that Kumamoto (Yui Ichikawa), a member of her new company, is creating a wall with those around her. In order to improve their relationship with her, Riko consults with Nakano (Natsuko Fujii), who is in the same position as the president of her company, and tries to approach Kumamoto, but ends up getting rejected... Concerned, Riko heads to the Yajima model store and consults with Yassan (Yoji Tanaka) and others, who proceed with a certain plastic model...
