会社で「早期退職」の募集がかけられている中、璃子（与田祐希）は雉村（森下能幸）が毎年担当している満天のど飴へのグッズ提案を任されることに。作業を進めていく内に、雉村は同僚や得意先にまで気を遣われていることを知ってしまう。同期も社長になったりと、勤続30年の中で自分だけ何も変わっていないと感じ早期退職を考え始めるように…。
Riko (Yuki Yoda) is entrusted with proposing goods for the manten throat lozenge that Kimura (Yoshiyuki Morishita) is in charge of every year. As she progresses through her work, Kimura finds out that her colleagues and even her clients care about her. In her 30 years of service, she felt that nothing had changed, and started thinking about her early retirement.
