2021年の夏休み、主人公の桃瀬キラリの前にゲーム機の中からひめにゃんが飛び出してくる。実はひめにゃんは剣と魔法の人気ゲーム「キラもり」に出てくるキラパワ王国のプリンセスであり、敵のマックラ帝国に襲われ、こっそりネコに変身して逃げてきた。ところが、マックラ帝国もひめにゃんを追ってきて大ピンチに。ビビ〜ッと来たキラリはひめにゃんと「ビッ友」になり、後にキラリたちはキラメキパワーズに変身してマックラ帝国に立ち向かう。心強い仲間や大切なキラパワメモリーを集め、強敵たちとのバトルに勝利し、最後はマックラ帝国の闇の魔女・マックララを倒して世界を守る事を決心する。
