겁쟁이 소년 '짝구'와 '우동'은 딱지 문방구의 주인이자 이 동네의 귀신을 담당하는 '꼭두'의 화려한 언변에 넘어가 졸지에 귀신딱지 비밀요원이 돼버린다. 때로는 티격태격 싸우지만, 둘도 없는 친구로서 서로 도와가며 악귀를 봉인하기 위해 분투하는 두 소년. 과연 그들은 세상을 어지럽히는 악귀들을 귀신딱지에 봉인할 수 있을까...?
