الملياردير سيف الدسوقي أو "الإكسلانس" الذي يجد نفسه مطاردًا بعد أن أصبح عدوه رياض وزيرا في تعديل وزاري جديد، ليستغل رياض سلطاته في القضاء على إمبراطورية "الإكسلانس" بتلفيق العديد من التهم له، حيث يجد نفسه متورطاً فى جريمة قتل لا علاقة له بها، مما يضطره للسفر خارج البلاد تاركاً زوجته الحامل وأمواله وشركاته.
