Charlie, a pre schooler, solves neighborhood problems with the help of her animal friends. In this episode, Charlie is picking flowers with her baby sister, Blade. Disaster looms when Charlie realizes Blade has lost her rainbow bow - their mother will not be happy. Luckily, some friendly fairies escort Charlie through an imaginary universe and to a final showdown with the bow-monster.
