故事講述三個素未謀面的平凡人，在一次危急情況下，聯手化解危機，因此卷入一系列神秘案件，被警察和黑幫追殺的故事。張智霖在劇中飾演一名被生活壓迫的小說家，黃宗澤扮演的是一個外強中幹的特技人，周秀娜則化身導遊，擁有雙重身份的她，負責“保護”兩位男主角。而陳豪飾演的是一名退出江湖的酒吧老板，背景複雜，在劇中有不少打鬥戲份；而王浩信扮演一位善良的盜賊。
