第七期是第一轮团战，由A组的四位歌手组成的“给个5”对战B组的四位歌手组成的“乐享乐队”，各演唱三首歌曲进行比赛。团内歌手自由搭配，每位歌手至少出战两次。
The seventh episode is the first round of team battles. The "Give me 5" composed of four singers in Group A will compete against the "Enjoyment Band" composed of four singers in Group B. Each will sing three songs for the competition. The singers in the group can be matched freely, and each singer will play at least twice.
