포레스트 상장 하루 전, 흔적도 없이 사라졌던 도시탐정 김필성이 엄청난 증거를 들고 성준을 찾아오고.. 성준은 그의 증언을 토대로 이환을 긴급체포해 포레스트의 상장을 법적으로 막아내려 한다. 한편 진희와 소진은 포레스트 상장 날 진종현이 꾸미고 있는 거대 규모 굿 뒤에 숨겨진 미친 계획을 알게 되는데!

A day before Forest’s IPO, Pil Sung from Big City Private Eye gives a detailed statement to the police regarding the abduction. This leads to the exact location of a warehouse in which Pil Sung was taken to. After reviewing the surveillance camera, Sung Joon secures the evidence to arrest Lee Hwan. Meanwhile, Jin Hee and So Jin figure out Chairman Jin’s master plan behind Forest’s IPO.
