Kurohige and Chirol have gained the power of the Synchro Chips and go on a rampage trying to crossfuse. While doing this they search for Netto in order to take revenge. Meanwhile, Miyabi visits Netto, and asks for him to stop the evil duo.
ワイリーが隠し持っていたチップを使い、クロスフュージョンを試みたクロヒゲとチロルは早速大暴れ。更には散々な目に遭わされた熱斗とロックマンに仕返ししてやる、と熱斗の居場所を探して街をうろつく。その頃ダーク・ミヤビがワイリーに頼まれ熱斗の家を訪問していた。ミヤビは熱斗に、ワイリーのチップを持って姿を消したクロヒゲとチロルを探し出して欲しいと依頼してきた。
