Meanwhile, acrobatic gymnastic partners Finn and Kirsten have been invited to showcase their talents to some younger gymnasts and hand out medals at the annual awards ceremony

And James and Ekraj spend some time together out of the gym where they talk about the British Championships which is just weeks away.
It's the Artistic British Championships and the juniors are up on day one. Alice is competing for the first time at junior level and faces strong competition as she is up against Amelie and Phoebe’s teammates from the European championships. All seems to be going OK until she is struck by a severe case of nerves and it looks as though her competition is in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Ekraj is late for podium training and doesn’t seem very focussed on the competition, while teammate James is looking strong but now has to help coach Karen get Ekraj back on track. Will any of our juniors be able to pull a great performance out of the bag and do themselves proud in Liverpool?

Will Nile and his celebrity mates have beaten the Gym Stars – or will the Gym Stars come out on top? Nile has the famous envelope with the results inside.
Hot off her amazing success at the Junior European championships, artistic gymnast Amelie has been selected for the European Championships, where she will be competing as part of the senior female team along with her heroes Ellie Downie, Claudia Fragapane and Alice Kinsella. It’s a huge jump up for Amelie, and she not only has the pressure of being the youngest on the team, she is also having to compete without best friend and training partner, Phoebe, by her side. However, Phoebe has managed to convince her parents to let her go to Poland to support Amelie and has persuaded gymnast Alice to come with her as well. Will Amelie be able to hold her nerve and deliver a performance that will make her team-mates proud? And for the GB coaches watching her every move will she impress them enough to keep her in with a chance to secure a place in the Olympic team?

We meet the boys as they prepare for the Tumbling British Championships, and Shakiem has a tough new skill to master – the ‘back in full.’ However, it’s not only a new move that Shakiem has to cope with – he is also feeling the pressure with a big competition looming, as well as pressures at school. But best friend Seb is keeping his cool and thinks a chat with his mate might be all he needs.
The trampoline gymnasts are busy training for a new season of competitions and for Gym Stars high-flyer Corey, this season is looking like it will be his biggest yet. Corey is making the move from junior to senior, which means he will be facing some tough competition, but coach Sue has some very special news – Corey has been asked to join other British gymnasts at a special Olympic training camp in Japan, and he’s even in with a chance to be selected for the Tokyo Games. To give him the best chance of Olympic selection, his coaches have arranged a very special visit by the UK’s top trampoline gymnast, Luke Strong.
Artistic gymnasts Amelie and Phoebe have been busy preparing for the World Championship Team Trials, but Amelie is hit with a major setback when she injures her ankle in training. Phoebe is still determined to make it through to the selection and while she’s at full fitness, she doesn’t know if Amelie will be even be able to attend. Against all the odds, both girls make it to the trials, but the competition is fierce as they are up against the strongest senior female gymnasts in Britain. Will the girls make Coach Liz proud as they compete together as seniors with new routines and back from recent injury? Meanwhile, back at the gym, the tumblers have been set a back-flipping challenge – will our Gym Stars continue their winning streak or be beaten by Nile and his training partner, Luke?
Trampoline gymnast Theo has been getting used to competing at big competitions and has been selected to compete at the British Championships in a few weeks’ time. However, he has a huge challenge ahead of him, as rather than competing on his own, his coach thinks he’d be perfect in a synchro pair, and a partner has been found. His new partner, however, trains 200 miles away, so they won’t be able to practice together, and won’t even meet until they are at the competition! Theo’s friends are helping him out as they try to get to grips with technology and everyone is hoping some virtual training will pay off. At the championships themselves, Corey meets up with his friend Jay. Jay is a tumbling sensation stepping up to the senior category for his first time. He has some tough competition from tumblers with many more years of experience - but will he still be able to make an impact and impress the judges?

Seb and Shakiem have a big competition looming and are having a motivational sleepover before heading to the British Tumbling Championships, where they go head to head with the best tumblers in Britain. Superstar gymnasts Joe Fraser and Dom Cunningham are back with a new ‘tuck-back’ challenge for the trampolinists, which sends everyone's head spinning!
In Birmingham, four young gymnasts are taking the world of male artistic gymnastics by storm! The boys are trained by coach Luke, who is himself a former Olympian, and they are are setting themselves big targets for the fast approaching National Championships. British champion Zion has been fighting an injury but is determined to come back stronger this year. Trumaine also had an injury, which lost him his place in the National Squad last season, and he’s determined to win it back. The youngest squad member, Codi, just needs to hold his nerve, while Winston is also fighting for a place in the squad, but as the oldest boy in the squad it’s his last chance this year in his current age group.
Chase is planning his comeback at the National Championships in Birmingham and is going all out to make a big impact – he’s even off to the barber for a fresh trim that he hopes will impress the judges! Although he has been given the all clear to compete, he has missed out on a lot of training and has some serious catching up to do if he is to fulfil his hopes of winning a medal. Meanwhile, at the acro gym, the Men’s Four are hard at work preparing for the British Acro Championships. Coach Nikki thinks they need a bit of a boost, so has called in one of her protégés, Vegas star acrobatic performer Barnaby, who she hopes will give the boys some inspiration and some added sparkle.
It’s all change for synchro trampoline gymnastic pair Alannah and Morgan, who have had to split as a pair because they are jumping at different heights. Morgan has been given a lovely new partner, Evie, but Alannah is still waiting for her new partner to be found. As the girls say, it’s just what happens when you’re a trampolinist, and they are determined not to let this affect their friendship so are busy making plans for life outside the gym! It’s competition day for Birmingham Boys Tremaine, Zion, Winston and Codi at the Men’s Artistic National Championships. The competition is at the boy’s home gym so they’re not short of supporters, and of course they have each other for encouragement and advice. How will Codi get on at his first national competition? And will Zion, Trumaine and Winston do well enough to get a place in the GB squad.
Finally, it’s competition time for the Acro gymnasts as they head off to Liverpool for the British Championships. Harry and George are hoping to make a big impact and superstar choreographer Andrew has been called in to fine tune the boys' performance, which Coach Nicky hopes will give them the edge. Up in Liverpool, one of the team has forgotten his training leotard, while the boys are hoping that the dramatic storm outside isn’t a sign of coach Nicky’s fury! The Men’s Four face some stiff competition, and choreographer Andrew is confident his star duo Jordan and Ella are going to do him proud and show Nicky who the real winner is. However, it is Harry and George who have it all to play for as they go out on the floor hoping to do their team proud and take home a medal.
Acrobatic pair Finn and Kirsten are used to winning medals – they even took home the bronze for Great Britain at the World Acrobatic Championships in their last international competition as Juniors. However, they have now moved in the Senior category where the competition is tougher, the routines harder, and on top of all that, Kirsten has grown taller meaning theyare having to adjust many of their moves to accommodate the growth spurt! Will they manage to hold their own in the new category and do their friends and family proud? Meanwhile, the team’s newest partnership, Dove and Nyree, are competing together for the first time at the British – and in spite of their near perfect match in terms of size, they are still making coach Nicky very nervous!
Artistic gymnast Madi has not had luck on her side as she has recently suffered an injury. Thankfully, she is now back to full fitness and is off to her grading competition to see if she can pass the tests and qualify as an elite gymnast, which will mean she can compete at the British Championships. Madi will have to compete on all four apparatus, but with her dad there to cheer her on, will she literally make the grade? Meanwhile, Amelie has been busy juggling life at her new school with her gymnastics training, but in spite of her hectic schedule, Amelie has made it onto the squad for the World Championships, where it is hoped GB will qualify for their spot at the Olympics. Amelie heads off to Lillishall for training with the team, but things just don’t go to plan, and Amelie is struck a bitter blow.
The artistic girls have a big competition looming - the British Team Championships, where the top gymnastics clubs go head to head in the hope that they are awarded the cup for the best team in Britain. Competition is fierce as it is the only competition where you are competing for your club, and Amelie and Phoebe are pretty confident as The Academy Angels are the current cup holders. However, the day before the competition, Liz calls the girls in for a team briefing. They face a setback as Amelie has suffered an ankle injury. She is currently the team’s strongest competitor and her injury means she will only be able to compete on bars. It is a huge blow to the team and means two of the younger juniors, Alice and Madi, will have to step up to be part of the senior team and compete against Team GB gymnastic champions such as Alice Kinsella, Kelly Simm and Taeja James.
The artistic seniors are back from the World Championships and have qualified for the next Olympic Games, so it’s time for the GB coaches to start thinking about who will make up the Olympic team. Both Amelie and Phoebe have been invited to an elite training camp in Liverpool with the rest of the senior squad, including Olympians Claudia Fragapane and Ellie and Becky Downie, and European and Commonwealth champions Kelly Simm, Alice Kinsella and Georgia Mae Fenton. Amelie and Phoebe need to do well here to be picked for the Olympic training camp. After a gruelling camp, coach Liz has a special treat in store for Amelie and Phoebe – they are off to a spa for some well-earned rest and relaxation!
It’s time for coach Luke to give his Birmingham boys the news they’ve been waiting for… Who‘s made it onto the National Squad and will be going to Lilleshall for some intensive training with the national coaches? Back in Bristol, artistic gymnast Chase has an exciting training day ahead of him – he’s been invited to train with Trumaine and the rest of the Birmingham boys, who he met up with at the National Championships. He’s hoping to get some top tips and polish his floor routine ready for the British Championships, and maybe even grab a selfie with one of his all-time gymnastic heroes! Elite gymnast Madi has been doing a lot of thinking – after six years of training as an artistic gymnast and scoring so highly at her Elite grading exam, she’s decided her focus would be better in another gymnastic discipline, which might also allow her a bit more time with her friends and family.
As well as becoming a gymnastic superstar, tumbler Jay has had another ambition for as long as he can remember - to become a world-class stunt man. And he’s in luck - his coach, Chris, is good friends with Hollywood stunt man Damien and is taking Jay to meet him. Jay is hoping that Damien will pass on some top tips on how to become a professional stuntman and maybe even teach him a couple of moves along the way. Back in Bristol, two of the Acro duos are preparing for the European Acrobatic Championships in Israel, but training isn’t going that well for either couple. For Finn and Kirsten, it's Finn’s bad back that is worrying them, and it looks like Dove and Nyree have just been spending too much time together! However, things are about to take a turn for the worse for one of our pairs as a serious injury puts the couple’s gymnastic future in jeopardy.
It's competition time in Israel for acrobatic pair Finn and Kirsten. They are about to face their first competition as seniors, but it's going to be tough - they are the youngest pair competing and have to master their most difficult balance and dynamic moves ever. Nerves are already high, but on top of that they come up against an obstacle that no-one could have predicted and is out of their control. Will they be able to keep their focus and still achieve a clean routine when it really matters? Back in Bristol, Amelie faces yet another setback. Having had not one but two injuries to her ankle, she has now broken her wrist, and with just weeks to go before the first Olympic team selection at the British Championships, will Amelie even be fit to compete? Coach Liz has come up with a cunning plan and will need Amelie’s determination and strength of character to help it succeed.
Tumbler Seb has made it onto the team for the World Championships and is off to Tokyo with fellow GB tumbling teammates Bailey, Freddy and Tristan. The pressure is on for Seb as not only is he the youngest member of the team but he has a massive new skill to pull off - the full-in-pike! As the boys arrive in Tokyo, they are hit by a wave of jet lag, but that’s not going to stop them enjoying some sights before things get serious at the competition. Meanwhile, back in the UK, it's judgement day for trampoline gymnast Corey. Corey has been invited to train with the British senior squad in preparation for Olympic selection at the World Championships. However, things haven’t been going quite to plan in training of late and he has been troubled by an injury. This means a visit to the physio is required, for a full assessment to establish if will be safe to carry on training or whether he will have to pull out of the World Championships this year , which will mean his Olympic dream for 2020 is over too.
A surprising new partnership is announced when coach Nikki decides to pair up Dylan and Nyree. This is a big challenge for Nyree, as she has never been in a mixed pair before. On top of that, Nikki wants to get the pair ready for the Acro World Championships in just a few weeks’ time. Meanwhile, Finn, Kirsten and Dove have all made life-changing decisions, while Dove is about to see what it’s like being on the other side when she becomes coach for some of the younger gymnasts. Amelie and Phoebe have been invited to Lilleshall for an exclusive Olympic training camp, with only eight female gymnasts invited and four of them likely to be chosen for the Olympic squad.
