Lately, Karakasa has grown jealous of the beautiful, modern umbrellas. One rainy day, Karakasa goes into town with Ratman and sees a young man take the wrong plastic umbrella. Thinking it a dire situation, Karakasa picks up his umbrella and chases after him, but finds the umbrella the young man picked up forgotten along the way. After many twists and turns, Karakasa manages to return the umbrellas to the young man, but the next day, he discards both of them. Karakasa is hurt by his careless treatment of the umbrellas, and thinks up a plan to beat some character into the young man...!?
