ある日ゲゲゲの森に激震が走った。なんとねずみ男が結婚するというのだ。半信半疑のまま結婚式場を訪れる鬼太郎たち。そこにはタキシード姿で上機嫌のねずみ男と、予想に反した美女である新婦・妖子の姿があった。呆気にとられながらもねずみ男の幸せを願う鬼太郎たち。しかし、それ以来ねずみ男の音信が途絶えてしまった。心配してねずみ男を捜しに出る砂かけ婆たち。ほどなくして、街でゲッソリとやせ細ったねずみ男を発見する。どうやら新婚旅行の途中で妖子が姿をくらましてしまったらしい。ねずみ男は結婚詐欺にあっていたのだ！
