薄給・激務のため従業員が次々に辞めて行き、人手不足に悩むIT企業の社長・郷原。弱ったところをねずみ男と知り合い、二人は手を組んで河童をのあっせんを始めた。遠野からやってきた河童たちは働きもので、時給キュウリ3本という安い給料で従業員を確保できたと喜ぶ郷原社長。河童たちも、キュウリ食べ放題の職場に大満足。しかし、次第に自分たちは搾取されているのではと疑念を持ち始め、ついに河童の権利を主張して蜂起する！
