Varun and Jaggu come back to Hyderabad from a vacation. Ramesh and Mahesh decide to marry their children. Varun loses his chief doctor position to Nikhil. Jaggu does not get selected in her National Kabaddi selections.
Varun and Jaggu are forced to attend the wedding arrangements. Ramesh and Mahesh fight over a business transaction and call of the wedding.
Nikhil helps in planning to break Madhur and Sashmitha's wedding decisions. He, long with Ramesh and Mahesh, bribe Varun and Jaggu about the chief doctor position and Kabaddi selections. They accept the deal.
Krishna is taken to different marriage proposals. Qatar seenu comes to Jaggu's house after a mishap in Qatar. Varun and Krishna team up and Jaggu and Qatar seenu team up to plan and break the wedding.
Madhur and Sashmitha leave for the bachelor party at the resort. Qatar seenu is dressed as a woman as part of Jaggu's plan. Varun and Krishna takes use of Mayank Agarwal as part of their plan to create differences between Madhur and Sashmitha.
Stage for the marriage is set. Ramesh and Mahesh battle on the sale of a resort made by Poornakumari. Madhur and Sashmitha shout on Mahesh and Ramesh respectively which adds fuel to the fight. The marriage gets called off.
Ramesh and Mahesh find different matches for Madhur and Sashmitha. Varun takes the blame for a mishap at his hospital. He gets bailed out by Ramesh. Jaggu fights with Varun and leaves to Ananthapur. Varun follows her to track the blood scam.
Varun meets Balreddy in Rayalseema. He goes to meet Ramesh and Mahesh's family. Jaggu asks Varun to help her with the marriage of Madhur and Sashmitha. Balreddy narrates the Kabaddi rivalry between both the villages to Varun and Jaggu.
Balreddy, Varun and Jaggu plan to reminisce the love between Madhur and Sashmitha.Madhur saves Mahesh in a bull chase. Madhur and Sashmitha talk and decide that they can't change their decision about marriage.
Balreddy explains about Pedda reddy to Jaggu. Varun understands the role of Nikhil and Pedda Reddy involvement in the blood scam. Krishna explains to Jaggu about Varun's innocence. Krishna meets Sarayu and explains his feelings towards her. She accepts.
Ramesh and Mahesh go to a school opening in the village. They remember their good old childhood memories. Nikhil plans to attack Varun but in turn he gets injured. Varun is spared for helping Nikhil recover.
Nikhil loses a lot of blood but the marriage is still on. Pedda Reddy gang provokes both the village kabaddi teams to a fight. Varun and Jaggu makes them to understand the actual reality. The teams fight together and win. Villages end their rivalries. Krishna and Sarayu get together. Jaggu gets pregnant.
