本庁捜査一課の刑事、宇田川（松田龍平）にはライバルがいる。同期の蘇我（新井浩文）だ。能力を買われて公安に引っ張られたのだが、その蘇我が突然、懲戒免職となった。心配し、その行方を追う宇田川に、警察内部からの圧力がかかる。しかも、殺人事件の容疑者として蘇我の名前が…。初めて「警察組織」というものに疑いを抱いた宇田川の心の中で、かつてない熱い想いが湧き上がった。クビになってもいい。俺は、蘇我を助ける！
