派閥闘争に敗れた一流商社のサラリーマン・戸辺和人(舘ひろし)。家庭では娘を亡くし、妻・慈美との間は冷え切っていた。そんなとき戸辺は、行きつけの喫茶店でアルバイト女性・中沢恵子(貫地谷しほり)と出会う。亡き娘の面影を見て心癒される戸辺。だが、恵子は父親の借金でやくざに風俗店へ売られ、母の死後、自ら命を絶つ。末期癌を宣告された戸辺は、残りの人生のすべてを賭けて復讐に立ち上がる。
