突如、目の前に現れたマイ(山下美月)の姿に驚愕する由那(武田玲奈)。体調が悪そうなマイを自宅へと連れてきた由那は、処分されたはずのテープを松井(岡田義徳)が再生していることを知り、ショックを受ける。再生されるたびに、全て忘れるようにプログラムされているマイの体に、少しずつ異変が起こりだす…。
そして、川島(黒木ひかり)らにマイを見られた松井は、妹だと嘘をつき、校内で噂になるのを恐れ、ある命令を下す。
Yuna (Takeda Rena) is shocked when Mai (Yamashita Mizuki) suddenly appears before her. Yuna brings Mai, who seems to be feeling unwell, to her house and is shocked to find out that Matsui (Okada Yoshinori) is playing a tape that was supposed to have been disposed of. Every time the tape is played, something strange starts to happen to Mai's body, which is programmed to forget everything... Then, when Kawashima (Kuroki Hikari) and others see Mai, Matsui lies that she is his sister and gives an order, fearing that rumors will spread at school.
