健人(萩原利久)の部屋から姿を消したビデオガール・マイ(山下美月)は、学校の教師・松井(岡田義徳)に軟禁されていた。松井は、これまで学校で起きた不可解な事件や、過去に自分の身に起きたある事件をマイに聞かせ、マイが忘れていた記憶を思い出させようとしていた。
そのころ健人は、由那(武田玲奈)が家に来た時から、マイのビデオパッケージが無くなっていることから、マイが姿を消したのは彼女の仕業だと責め立てる…。
Mai (Yamashita Mizuki), a video girl who disappeared from Kento's (Hagiwara Riku) room, was under house arrest by Matsui (Okada Yoshinori), a teacher at the school. Matsui was trying to help Mai remember memories she had forgotten by telling her about strange incidents that had happened at school and a certain incident that had happened to him in the past. Meanwhile, Kento accuses Yuna (Takeda Rena) of being behind Mai's disappearance, as Mai's video package has gone missing since she came to his house...
