Samuel S. Haldeman (1812-1880) was a distinguished scientist, author and leading authority on natural history and the ethnic development of languages and phonics. Haldeman was born in this 1782 federal-style home, overlooking the Susquehanna River. Dozens of staff members, maintenance crews and guests have all reported similar alleged sightings. Translucent figures coming down the stairs or in upstairs rooms. Disembodied voices talking, faces at windows and more. The Ghost Finders investigate.
