Falcón is determined to save Logatoys, but before signing the contract as a partner he has one condition, he must have the authority to make decisions in the company, and thus put the finances in order. Mauricio is not sure about accepting Falcón's deal, at first he wants to know why he is so interested in his company, but then he agrees to sign the contract with his new partner. Mauricio tells Anifer that they must move, he wants Rubi to accompany them, but she has no intention of continuing to work for free and decides to return home. Fabián gives Mauricio the car that he will use from now on, but he is surprised to see that it is an old model, very different from the one he is used to.
