Dans le jargon des services d'urgence, on les appelle les "calltakers". Ce sont eux qui décrochent le téléphone des numéros 112 et 101. Pour beaucoup d'entre nous, ce sont des voix. Des voix qui nous guident, nous orientent et nous soutiennent dans des moments souvent très difficiles et d'intense détresse. Il nous fera vivre le quotidien de 12 "calltakers" et le sort de ceux qui les appellent face à leur détresse.
