牙醫周東風，離異多年，經營著一家口腔診所，並獨自撫養女兒黛黛。黛黛體諒父親艱辛，不想讓父親孤身一人，希望撮合雜誌社女編輯蘇簡和父親組成家庭。這時，周東風的前妻、黛黛的親媽程春紅從海外歸國創業，使周東風和蘇簡的生活掀起波瀾。同時，蘇簡的前男友黃凱迪雖然對蘇簡舊情難捨，卻不得不面對家庭的安排與艾莉小姐交往。女藝人文雅偶遇周東風後，也一見傾心，奮力追求。世事難料，在一次突發事故中程春紅捨身挽救了女兒黛黛，自己病重入院，蘇簡、文雅紛紛伸出援助之手，情意溫暖人間。程春紅、蘇簡、文雅三個女人以各自不同的面孔出現在周東風的生活之中，使他的人生異彩紛呈，而周黛黛也幸福的擁有了一個老爸和親媽、後媽、乾媽這三個媽的全新生活。
