宜於清涼天氣生長的西洋菜具有防癌功效,肥媽在春天離開前把握時機,炮製時令菜式「椒絲腐乳炒西洋菜」,並分享「一菜二用」心得。靚湯「竹蔗茅根煲海底椰無花果」,清熱潤肺而且滋陰解渴,四季皆宜。阿媽落足心機主理「越南魚露煎豬扒」,醬汁以魚露、辣椒等調製而成,創新風味非一般香濃,豈止「豬有豬味」!而要令豬扒肉質鬆軟,下鍋前切記刺孔及拍鬆。另一道菜式「鹹蛋蒸節瓜」,將上湯注入鹹蛋、節瓜再蒸,即成經典家常滋味。
