Guerra e Paz

Bárbara Palermo, uma escritora frustrada, e Pedro Guerra, um policial mal-humorado, se conheceram ainda no colegial, quando Bárbara se apaixonou por ele. Cada um seguiu por um caminho e Bárbara acabou se tornando uma grande escritora, mas com o pseudônimo de Paloma Paz, e vendeu centenas de livros. Os dois se reencontram em uma festa e Bárbara vê o trabalho de Pedro como mais uma fonte de inspiração para suas tramas policiais, e pede para acompanhá-lo de perto no dia a dia da profissão.
