Claudio annuncia ad Alice che probabilmente diventrà direttore dell’Istituto e dice alla ragazza di voler conoscere i suoi genitori, per ufficializzare il loro amore. L’atmosfera romantica viene bruscamente interrotta dal tragico ferimento del vicequestore Calligaris davanti l’ingresso dell’istituto. Le indagini allontaneranno progressivamente Claudio e Alice: troppo diversi i loro modi di reagire alle emozioni, al dolore e alle avversità.

La atmósfera romántica se ve interrumpida abruptamente por las trágicas heridas del subjefe Calligaris frente a la entrada del instituto. Las investigaciones irán distanciando progresivamente a Claudio y Alice: sus formas de reaccionar ante las emociones, el dolor y la adversidad son demasiado diferentes.
Claudio announces to Alice that he will probably become the director of the Institute and tells the girl that he wants to meet her parents, to make their love official. The romantic atmosphere is abruptly interrupted by the tragic wounding of Deputy Chief Calligaris in front of the institute's entrance. The investigations will progressively distance Claudio and Alice: their ways of reacting to emotions, pain and adversity are too different.
