都心から1時間半ほどかかる郊外の新興住宅地に、小奇麗な2階建て住宅を建てた高平要（大倉孝二）・知子（瀬戸朝香）夫婦。二人には花子（松尾瑠璃）と太郎（今井悠貴）という小学生で年子の子供がいる。新築の匂いに囲まれたこの家は、夫婦がなんとかやりくりし35年ローンでやっと建てた自慢の家だ。
A couple of Kaname Takahira and Tomoko who built a beautiful two-story house in a new residential area in the suburbs, which takes about an hour and a half from the city center. The two are elementary school children named Hanako and Taro. Surrounded by the scent of new construction, this house is a proud house that the couple managed to manage and finally built with a 35-year loan.
