Day 11 - Upper Body Strength, Sculpted Arms & Shoulders

This video focuses on the upper body, chest, arms & back. As you may have noticed from the past few videos, yoga does require upper body strength, but it can be a great way to get to know your upper body, build strength and get the lean arms that have definition and muscle tone that you'll wanna show off.
