Cornemuse is a canine veterinarian who takes care of small animals. She takes care of four little four-year-old “child-animals” from four families of different species. They are Tibor the tiger, Kounga the kangaroo, Rafi the little raccoon and Bagou the monkey. They live in two-parent, blended or single-parent families that are very similar to those of young viewers today. Their needs, their dreams, their joys as well as the challenges that are offered to them resemble those of children “at home” who, by the same token, identify with their little heroes. It is in an allegorical universe of daily reality with its dramas, its clips and its capsules, its tales, its nursery rhymes and its songs that Cornemuse offers young viewers a unique journey to the heart of the marvelous and an inexhaustible source of learning.
