AUSTRALIA - The Northeast

Die Reise beginnt am weltberühmten Nationalsymbol, dem „Ayers Rock“. Auf dem Weg nach „Alice Springs“ liegen der „Uluru & Kata-Tjuta“ Nationalpark und der „Watarrka“ Nationalpark mit dem schroffen „Kings Canyon“. Darwin ist Ausgangspunkt zu einer Rundfahrt durch den „Lichfield“ & „Kakadu“ Nationalpark. In Nord-Queensland ist Cairns das Tor zu den ursprünglichen Regenwäldern rund um das „Cape Tribulation“ und den farbenprächtigen Korallengärten des „Great Barrier Riffs“. Im „Hinterland“ erheben sich die „Atherton Tablelands“ als Teil der „Great Diving Range“. Nach „Fraser Island“ und den „Whitsundays“ werden rund um Brisbane der „Australien Zoo“, der „Lamington“ Nationalpark und die Partymetropole „Surfers Paradise“ besucht, bevor am „Cape Byron“ der östlichste Punkt des australischen Kontinents erreicht ist.

After "Fraser Island" and the "Whitsundays", the "Australia Zoo", the "Lamington" National Park and the party metropolis "Surfers Paradise" are visited around Brisbane, before reaching the easternmost point of the Australian continent at "Cape Byron".
