HIIT Workout with Lower Body Focus

There is so much to love about high-intensity interval training (HIIT). These types of workouts mix intense bursts of cardio with a less intense exercise (rest time), and because you can tailor the workout to your ability, it can be perfect for beginners. In this workout, you'll be doing 30 seconds of high-intensity cardio followed by 60 seconds of resistance exercise with a focus on lower body.
