Auch Oma Pfund beeindruckt mit ihren skurrilen Alltagstips, und Frau Schori als Klatschtante ist unübertroffen. Natürlich ist das Fernsehen dieser Frauentruppe nicht ganz professionell und etwas eigenwillig, aber durchaus originell. Und erfolgreich. «Tele Iseli» kommt an und sorgt für Furore. Die Quartierbewohnerinnen und -bewohner werden zu kleinen Fernsehstars, und das sorgt nicht nur für positive Überraschungen.

And she has indeed discovered a gap in the market. The channel turns out to be a real pearl in the TV offering. No one has ever been this close to the people, especially because reporter Schruppatelli really puts her foot down. Grandma Pfund also impresses with her quirky everyday tips, and Mrs Schori's gossip is second to none. Of course, the television work of this female troupe is not entirely professional and somewhat idiosyncratic, but it is certainly original. And successful. ‘Tele Iseli’ is well received and causes a furore. The residents of the neighbourhood become little TV stars, and that doesn't just lead to positive surprises.
