Fhoer, Fóer or Foérico is a libertarian from Porto Alegrense, Arbitrator, Mediator, CEO and CFO of the Libertarian Chamber of Agreements and Arbitration, CLAA. Fhoer became famous in libertarianism when he created a YouTube channel in 2017, where Fhoer did lives and hangouts with his friends like Randall, Botti and Alisson Neres where he talked about philosophy, economics, praxeology and Hoppean argumentative ethics.
