Dr. Claudia Ludwig is a German journalist and TV host. She is widely known as long term host for the TV show "Tiere suchen ein Zuhause" (WDR) that she presented for 20 years. For more than 20 years she also was commissioning editor at Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) for "Herrchen gesucht", a TV show of a similar format, and from 1989 to 1999 presenter of the show "Die Tiersprechstunde" (BR) and "Zeit für Tiere" (BR/WDR). Ludwig got a doctor's degree (Dr. phil.) in Literary criticism.
