Henrique Gilberto

Henrique Gilberto started early, at the age of 15, at the traditional Xapuri – a reference restaurant for Minas Gerais food. He began his career cleaning, but grew up in the kitchen, beginning his practical learning with the ingredients and processes of the state's food culture. Later, his experience matured with great chefs such as Alex Atala, Alberto Landgraf and Massimo Bottura.
