B.E.R. is a rock band who debuted in chapter three of the Night Begins to Shine four-part special. They are most known for their song, The Night Begins to Shine. Frank has shaggy brown hair. He wears a navy blue, button-up shirt and blue jeans. When he gets transformed, he changes into a turquoise eagle that wears a pink shirt, vest, and blue pants with a belt buckle that has a "E" on it.
